Unable to link my Virgin Media account to Virgin O2 ID

I’m a new customer and have recently had my confirmation email sent.

When trying to access the email I get the error that the emails are not the same, then upon trying to approve the transfer it errors and doesn’t work.

Any help would be much appreciated

    Edit: I phrased that slightly wrong, I meant to say upon trying to Link Virgin O2 ID to my Virgin Media Account. It says the emails are different then gets a error

    If a support agent sees this I have tried and tested all that has been suggested and this did not fix it, I’m going to have to cancel if there isn’t a fix soon
