Similarly to other people I’m getting the same issue of saying I already have an account when trying to link my virgin media account.
I’m a new customer so definitely don’t already have an account linked. I’ve tried the forgotten email option and getting an object error message.
I’ve attached screenshots of what I’m getting.
I can’t see on any of the threads that this has been resolved ???

I am having the same issues. Took out 2 O2 Sims when I upgraded my virgin broadband. Have contacted VM and O2 and neither have solved the issue: the double data offer has not activated even though I have set up my VM and O2 media id. O2 advisor has said my account is not fully set up and activated but have provided no steps on how to complete this.
I have same problem...can you help please?
I'm also being told my e mail addresses don't match but they are. Glad I'm not alone with this issue.
