Unable to link ‘Virgin Media’ account to ‘VM 02 ID’

Hi I'm having an issue (which it many many others are having) regarding setting up my Virgin Media account.  I keep getting the error Unable to link ‘Virgin Media’ account to ‘VM 02 ID’ when I try to link my Virgin Media account.

When I try to recover the account I get the error The email address on your Virgin Media O2 online account is: [object Object]

Please help!

    It's ok I fixed it using the method to search for the correct link in Bing.  Virginmedia, loving your work!
