Unable to get in VM & O2 account

 

I have tried numerous times to get into my VM & O2 account without any luck. It will not accept passkey nor recovery code.

After spending over 2hrs with VM tech using my desk top , tablet & mobile phone  - enter email address comes up with "No passkeys available" then "Verify with your passkey" - sign in another way - then a link is sent which does not help - then comes up with "Sorry, we couldn't verify you" - then given a Account Recovery code by VM tech and it throws it out. As I said we tried this many,many times with various equipment ie. desktop, tablet , mobile phone and still in same position.

After my landline phone ran out of battery gent contacted me by my mobile and we tried yet again but still in same situation of ben unable to open VM & O2 accounts etc. etc.

Help !!

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for any issues with the VM O2 ID link up. We've not been able to locate you via the Forum account details. How was the conversation left with the advisor, did they raise it with IT? Best wishes.

      He said he would look into it as he was unable to suggest any further suggestions and I am at whitts end what to do next. I am not sure he will come back to me I don't know?
