Unable to find out my account number...

Hello people !

Ive been having issues with signing into my VM account for over a year now, no matter if i call customer services and they reset it for me still doesnt work and now im struggling to find my account number...

I call customer services, I pass data protection but then im told that for security reasons they cannot tell me my account number?... im so confused!!! they can upgrade my tariff, offer me deals and i can accept them but they cannot provide me a account number? im so confused!!!

Ive written an email to all of the virgin media emails i can find despite half of them you cannot write too so im forced to come here, what could i do i wish to upgrade my package to a better TiVo but i have to sign in via the browser in order to do that and as much as i have a VM O2 account, when asked to link it asks for my "account number" i know my area code is 15 but i cant obtain my account number, can this place help?

I need my account number in order to sign into my VM, without it i cant do anything cant upgrade, cant downgrade, cant cancel, cant use the my virginmedia website...

Sorry for the essay i just got off the phone with VM over 1hour+ im on the phone and nothing...

    The VM Account Number and Area Code are shown in the emails for the monthly bill.
    Look for emails with subject : "Your Virgin Media bill is ready"


    When logged in to the Virgin Media online a/c as you do to pay the monthly bill,
    the VM A/C + Area Code are also shown here :

      Look my friends, I am certain I am the account holder, Ask me anything you like I will Answer it I promise you, in return I want my VM account number so I can access my account.

    trust me ive looked at all my emails and i switched to paperless years ago so ive never had a letter nor email since my new contract.

    on that link you mentioned above it asks me to "link your virgin media account"

    but:

    • I have no email mentioning my virgin media account
    • I have no letter like a contract/bill
    • And customer services even after passing data protection say they can only give me the last 4 digits of my account number...

    My area code is 15 but i just dont know my account number, its crazy i think Monday i will call up and make a complaint coz its total rubbish how VM cannot provide me this basic information.

    VM must be having a hard time knowing with all this going on if you are the account holder or a scammer.

    You must have a bill some where did you not think it odd you was not getting a Email with the bill?

    I dont mean to be rude but above i did mention that I went paperless (its a option on VM) to opt out of letter bills and since my new contract i havent received a new email, its no stress lol im gonna soon unplug all virgin media cables and stop my direct debit/payments and get a new provider. Then im gonna let the bills pile and pile up and let you take me to court easy! coz VM customer services is the worst thing ever, literally so bored of it paying £60 a month for garbage, i want a bigger package with TiVo but cant even do this without my acc number.

    Also this sentence dont make sense:

    I am the one having a hard time, VM dont give a toss about me when i am the account holder, i pay my bills, i use the broadband, i dont have a single letter/email/contract/paper/paper/bill/letter/paper/bill inside my property, inside my emails, inside my backside i dont have any of it, do you all understand ?

    Its ok monday imma request cancellation, i know my contract ends soon i can do that but i cant find out my acc number LMAO!!! stupid customer services!

    p.s after resetting my password i get the email, i reset my password but then to link it asks for acc number and that has 0% reset ability!

    How do you know how much to pay if you do not get a monthly bill by email or by post ?

      Because i know that my contract is for £61.70 and for the past year+ I have been using this website that was provided to me in my previous post i made on this website by a John_GS

    No surprise that by just Post Code and Family Name VM are happy to accept payment.

    But are quite incapable of sending the monthly bills to the customer's email address, 
    the monthly bills that carry the A/C No and Area Code that is being requested.

    I'd work on no emailed bill, no payment & see if that gets VM's attention.

      I swear to god i never receive a email mentioning my bill or a letter in the post regarding bill, my last contract was ending and i called up to get a better deal because my discount was running out then i was offered £61.70 and i was paying around £55 before that so thought yolo and they just renewed my contract with no hassle.

      After sometime i was able to use the VM app, then after an update it signed me out and i could never get back in id request password and receive the email, i will change the password but still unable to login (with the new password), i came here before and spoke to VM customer services but to no avail.

      Now if i had my account number lol i can solve all the problems but VM customer services can only give me last 4 digits of acc number?.... its soooo silly man doesnt make sense!

      I am the account holder no bs no lie! <3
