Unable to delete My Virgin Media account

Hi

Under GDPR/data protection I would like to delete my Virgin media account since I cancelled my broadband almost 6 months ago. At the moment I can still login using my email via oauth.virginmediao2.co.uk but I don't get any option to delete the account 

Please can someone help.
