Unable to create online account
Since my husband passed away and the account was transferred to my name I have not been able to register for an online account. It either times out at Request in Progress or says it will send me a link but I never receive one. I have also called customer service at least twice and been told they will send me a link but they never do. Please help I need to be able to manage my account online.
