Unable to create my virgin media account

I just received my broadband kit but I am unable to create my Virgin Media Account

    I was able to connect and get online. I am still unable to set up an account on my virgin media.

      What stage are you able to get up to after clicking on "Register" here and following the instructions provided?

        It asks me to input a password. I have tried with both regular and secure passwords. Whenever I submit it, it gets stuck. Most times it does nothing, others it just takes me again into the same 'input new password' window
