Unable to change payment date

It appears there is a bug when trying to click “Change payment date”. It point blank won’t let me, on browser or on the App. Any fixes??

    I’m afraid that when I click the button, it makes the effect that it has been clicked but it takes me nowhere and stays on the same page.

    I have also cleared cache and still not working so not too sure what’s happened

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced when trying to make a change to the payment date on your account.

    Can you please confirm what screen you're issued when clicking 'Change Payment Date' on this section of your My Virgin Media account?

    Have you attempted to clear the cache on the browser you're using when accessing the account via our website?

      Thank you for getting back to us. Can you confirm if this occurs on different browsers and devices? Have you also tried reinstalling the app to see if the issue persists?
