Unable to access virgin media account

Hi, I am having problems accessing my virgin media. When I try to sign in it says that an email has been sent for verification but we never receive the email.

Can anyone help please.

    No, I have tried this several times over several days and the email has not arrived and is not in the spam folder.

    Sorry to hear of the issues faced when trying to access your My Virgin Media account.

    Can you please confirm if the E-Mail has since arrived or if this is being directed to your junk/spam folder at all?
