I have already posted regarding not being able to access my ntlworld.com emails but I have just tried accessing my account and same thing happen as when trying to access my email account. According to check the service status I was able to enter the postcode and my account name and the message I got was there is maintenance work being carried out. I need to be able to access my account and emails urgently.
Exactly same for me as @Norette, get the verify email, tap the link blank screen. The sad thing here is that John_GS forum team says "small number of customers" how many is "small" John? And why no further updates since this morning, Monday 14th?
I have same issues, I can no longer log into my virgin media with any of my email addresses. I ever get a password invalid message or I am sent to a page insisting I link to my O2 account

I have just tried again and still cannot get into my account or emails. I enter the details asked and get the link to continue verification in my Gmail account. The email from VM asks me to click on verify which I do and the screen then goes blank and my tablet crashes. I then go back into My Virgin Media and still the same Virgin/O2 verification screen. This is awful as I cannot log into my account to view my bills etc and access my emails.
Let's hope this gets resolved soon.
I have the same problem.
I tried to log in to watch the cricket on Sky Sports today but my old ntlworld address and password no longer work. Virgin gave me this address years ago and I cannot receive emails on it. I do have another login using gmail but when I try to sign in it asks me to link my Virgin Media 02 account. But it asks me to use the ntlworld address (which is greyed out and cannot be changed). It then sends a verification link to an email address I cannot use .
I must have verified my gmail address a dozen times trying to get into the Virgin Media website without success. I do not have a virgin email address that I am aware of.
My TVGo app on my ipad still works but my wife's doesn't and she is mightily miffed.
Any advice would be appreciated. I am nearly 80 and this is frying what's left of my brain!

I am unable to access my virgin media account or my emails. When I click on my virgin media it takes me to 02/VM registration page to verify it is me. I have done this several times receive email to my Gmail account to click link but it doesn't work. I am still not able to log in. I have an ntlworld.com email. I believe some people are now able to log in normally but others still having issues like myself.
