I can't believe that is login mess has not been sorted by now. What I don't understand is that Virgin/O2 haven't come out with PUBLIC NOTICE that they have a problem with this totally disastrous idea of merging the two logins. Also there is no coverage of this problem in the media.
There was NO prior notice that this was going to happen. The knock effect is that access to Ntlworld emails by my wife and myself is so hit and miss and we have had two 1 hour sessions with someone after ringing 150. Nothing concrete came out of these conversations as I think the person on the other end of the phone wasn't able to resolve the problem (no disrespect to them) as it the moment NOBODY at Virgin/O2 knows either.
We still have problems with with access on desktop (me), iPad (my wife) and iPhone (my wife) were as I'm fine on iPhone and Laptop.
If this goes on much longer we are both considering dropping our mobile O2 accounts at least to get then out of the equation.
Virgin is going to take a huge hit with loss of business if they don't sort this out.
Once again VIRGIN please sort this out!!!!
