UNABLE TO ACCESS MY VIRGIN MEDIA ACCOUNT UNABLE TO VERIFY EMAIL CHANGE

Hi. I recently changed my email address on my Virgin Media account. Everything was fine until I came to verify the change. I clicked on the link in the email to verify the change which resulted in a message that the link had now expired (I clicked on the link as soon as it dropped into my Email box). I am now stuck in a perpetual loop being unable to access my account and also being unable to verify my Email address. To say I am exasperated is an understatement that I cannot pick up a phone and speak to someone at the other end. ðŸ˜

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with verifying your account. 
    I appreciate the confusion caused by the link expiring. Have you tried to see if you can log in using the new details (ignoring the fact the link says it's expired)?

    If not, are you able to gain access by trying a forgotten password link, we've had some similar issues which have been resolved in this way. 

    Let me know if this works for you at all and we'll look into this further for you.
