UNABLE TO ACCESS MY VIRGIN MEDIA ACCOUNT UNABLE TO VERIFY EMAIL CHANGE
Hi. I recently changed my email address on my Virgin Media account. Everything was fine until I came to verify the change. I clicked on the link in the email to verify the change which resulted in a message that the link had now expired (I clicked on the link as soon as it dropped into my Email box). I am now stuck in a perpetual loop being unable to access my account and also being unable to verify my Email address. To say I am exasperated is an understatement that I cannot pick up a phone and speak to someone at the other end. ðŸ˜
