Unable to access my Virgin Media account online

Please can someone from customer support reply as I have been trying to access my Virgin Media account.  It says my details are wrong.  I have tried to reset the password as it says it doesn't recognise my previous one.  After 5 attempts and almost 3 hours trying, it finally said that the password was changed ... but frustratingly it still won't let me in!  Please help.
