my partner and I are unable to access our account or the app as we don’t have any details. My stepson set up the account but my partner pays for it and he doesn’t know any details for it, just wondered if someone could help please
Whose name is on the account? VM will only speak with the account holder.

We're sorry to hear you're unaware of any of the log in details for the account. This is something we'd only be able to help the account holder directly with. So we can look into things further and support, I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
