Hi @bloosn,
Did you manage to get this issue resolved in the end, as I am having the exact same issues for the last six months!

The IDF-12B error is a login issue for VMO2 accounts, often caused by a device-specific problem or a server-side issue. To fix it, try logging in on a different device or browser, clearing your cookies and cache.
It might be due to the VMO2 ID not being set up correctly, or not having been set up yet. Please see https://www.virginmediao2.co.uk/help
(It can sometimes be caused by national outages (although it's unlikely). You can generally test for them by using the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area, and a run a test on your equipment from there. If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This is generally better as it gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.)

No, they messaged me back but I had to respond with my passcode within 5 minutes or something ridiculous. Now need to start the whole process again :(

@johnnyboyc_uk have you managed to get this issue resolved yet, as I really need to get into my account and have been unable to do so.
