We're sorry to hear your bills are increasing. We only implement one price rise a year and this is from April. Any further increases would be as a result of a discount expiring on your account, as mentioned by japitts.
As you've mentioned that your minimum term ends in July, now would be the best time for a package review to be done. This will allow us to see if there are any discounts available to allow you to recontract and continue your services at a lower price.
In terms of the TNT Sports comment, this is because it is no longer included in any bundles and needs to be added on. As we no longer offer the Maxit package, a discount would have been added to offset the cost of it.
