I have tried calling your instant direct line to VM no luck there kept on round in cycles with no help that’s Y I asked for help on the community. Giving a sarcastic. Answer with no help to my query is not good service

Are you having an issue where the "reset password" link doesn't work? I've not been able to get into my account for months, but I have some management to do now, so trying to sort it, and wondering if that's a widespread issue. I'd phone them, but they appear to have removed all non-sales phone numbers from the website.
Otherwise, the answer is probably the reset password link under the login link.

Have tried resetting it on the app and the online, but keeps freezing and no other way of getting help

Just as a side note, Adduxi was not trying to be sarcastic. They're a community user like yourself and not a Virgin Media employee, and were offering the best advice. It can sometimes take us a few days to reach posts so it's always quicker to phone. The usually customer service number is 150 / 0345 454 1111.
