Trying to raise a complaint - being chased for payment I don't owe!
Hi - I'm currently trying to sort out an issue following a change of package price and house move (my is up to date but VM are sending me bills for both my existing account and a previous one), I have sent a formal complaint by post but I'm concerned that there are a few days between posting and delivery/processing. The online form is (unsurprisingly) unavailable and webchat didn't work as the details of the complaint are too long - I can't call in either as the automated menu won't let me proceed unless I pay up! I'd like to email a copy of the complaint but can't find an email address - could anyone post a suggestion please? TIA.
