Trying to login to account

So I get an email saying they would like to send me a new Stream Box and to Claim the Box via a link.

THis takes me to my normal login - the email is exactly the same as the email used to contct me. It says the email is invalid . Tried several times - then tried to register as appaerntly we need new VirginO2 Ids. Still goes round in cirlces and no able to login - cannot even access the app anymore ..

 

Been a subscriber for 30 + years - Complete joke - if its not sorted im off to Sky
