Trouble logging into virginmedia account

I'm struggling to login to my account. I created virginmediaO2 login. This newish way of logging in is terrible, I have to use two devices and two different email addresses to login.  Now it seems I'm locked out due to some security issue even though I put in the right details.

What can I do to unlock account so I can get in and sort out the security on account and simplify it?
