TNT Sports subscription stuck on pending / adding

Hi, I added TNT sports subscription to my stream box on Tuesday evening for the UCL football, and its just shows in the apps that its pending / adding. I have seen a few posts regarding this but none of them have said how or if it was resolved. I have had this subscription before and normally the pending takes around 5 minutes. Has anyone else experienced this recently, after 40 minutes on the phone last night to VM i was told they were unable to fix the problem and to wait 24 hours??

    If you did this via the website, and on reading other threads here, it seems it can take up to 14 working days to process the request?  Different to your 5 minutes however, but who knows?

    Was it done online?

    If so it can take up to 14 days to activate.

      Hi, the subscription was added on the stream box. Just had an email from VM my subscription order has been successful, but still showing pending and TNT all channels are grayed out. So now I'm paying for it but still cannot view any channels.

        It can take 24 hours for the order to complete, you wouldn't be charged until the service was activated, pterry1971.
