TNT Sports still greyed out 18 days after ordering

Like several others on the forum, I'm waiting for TNT Sports to be activated after taking advantage of an online offer. I understand that it can take up to 14 days for the web team to activate channels, but I've now reached 18 days and still no sign of TNT Sports coming to life. I received a confirmation of the order on 15th February. Is there anything I can do to chase this up as I'd quite like to watch the cycling at the weekend now that Eurosport has been switched off? Thanks!

    Just to report back that Beth from the Forum Team managed to sort this out for me. It seems that the web order never made it beyond the email confirmation stage, but Beth was able to add the channels manually (just in time for Strade Bianche tomorrow). Very helpful service from Beth, many thanks!

    Hi, how did you get on as I'm having exactly the same problem? Paid for TNT upgrade yet still no access. Very frustrating!
