TNT Sports removed

Same dilemma as Panicos70  I also recently just renewed my current maxit contract as the renewal stated "Choose this deal and keep your current Virgin Media plan without losing anything" Screenshot included

 

My new contract started today and Tnt sports has gone.So much for not losing anything as stated. therefore I feel I have been misled and mis sold a contract by misrepresentation.My online account still states I have TNT included screenshots included

Could someone please get back to me about reinstating TNT Sports as per contract ie (without losing anything as stated) thankyou

    Sorry to hear these concerns about your contract following a package change in My VM 👉 virg.in/myVM

    Sadly none of our packages included TNT sports as part of Maxit, it is now a chargeable add on. - Looking at the screenshots provided it does look like you had Maxit TV, with Sky Sports, and TNT Sports as Add-ons. These are still selected and showing with green ticks in the screenshot you posted underneath, so should be an active part of your package. 🤞 Sorry to hear if the channel is not working! It would be good to know if you are getting an error code or message when trying to access it via your TV Box?

    We would need to take a closer look at your account to check if the channel is active and offer further support.
