You have done the same to me.
I renewed and it included TNT Sports, did not receive any email notifying me of TNT Sports being taken away.
I have attached a screenshot of my account
You have done the same to me. I renewed my package and it includes TNT Sports.
I received no notification of TNT Sports being taken away.
This is false advertising. I expect you to give me back my TNT Sports and continue at the price I renewed at. Or I will have to contact the ombudsman

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies you no longer have TNT Sports as part of your renewed package. We have been advised by the channel owners that TNT is now a subscription based service, we also sent out communication some time ago advising customers of this and if they wished to retain they were to reach out to us to advise us of this to obtain a subscription.
I am afraid we cannot see any screenshots of your account, please can you check your CIS documents that you would of received when you renewed for clarity on what the package entails.
