TNT sports removed

Same thing has happened to me, renewed a couple of days ago and received an email yesterday advising of removal of TNT Sports, which I didn't agree to.  Is there any cooling off period (usually 30 days) and is it possible to go back to my old contract?

14 days. Channel availability has small print in T&C's to say they can be changed at anytime or withdrawn.

Aside from some exceptions around personalised goods, 14days "change of mind" is a statutory right on all distance sales in the UK - telecoms contracts are no exception.

You won't find any pay-TV package in the UK that "includes" TNT Sports now, so all you'll realistically gain from reverting, is to renegotiate on an informed basis. You'd need to balance the £18/month gain from being on a legacy package, against whatever discounts you can negotiate on a new bundle.

  • Hello Stella7,

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear about TNT Sports being removed from your renewal offer.

With these renewal offers they do need to allow 30 days to be added to your account so you are well with in a time scale to cancel this and look at alternative packaged with TNT Sports included.

You then get a 14 day cooling off period from when the renewal starts.

Sadly from here we are not able to process or make any package changes. If you can contact us on the details below, our team will be more than able to help.
