TNT Sports offer

I recieved an email offer for free TNT sports for the duration of my contract, but like many here this discount does not seem to have been added to my account. Can someone look into this for me? thanks

      Is there an email offer for free TNT sports for the duration of your contract.?

       I know the 2 eurosport channels are been closed , all I have got is a chance to add TNT sports for £12 a month.
