I recently left sky to come over to virgin media with the promise of receiving both sky sports and tnt sports in my package. However I now find this in not the case! I apparently have to pay extra if I want to receive tnt sports. I feel I have been deliberately deceived into moving over as I have exactly what I had with sky!
What do your VM contract doc's say would be in your package?
Are you still in your 14 day cooling off period?
TNT Sports is only available as as add-on for new customers, cost is £18pm for TV packages.
Indeed so and has been that way for some time. Sounds like some VM 'confusion' has taken place where the OP thought they would be getting one thing and VM provided something different.

Currently TNT sports is only available as an add on, did it state on your paperwork this would be included?
VM briefly had a special offer that included BT Sports & Sky Sports HD bundled together. It’s not been around for several years. Sky Sports is only available in HD with a £7 monthly supplement. The BT Sports channels are now 1) under new ownership & 2) have been merged with the Eurosport channels in the UK. The new owners will not allow any bundling with other channels (BT Sports was formerly included automatically with the top tier entertainment package on VM).
