TNT on maxim package

Hi, 

I have just renewed my package on the app and continued with the Maxit Tv package that clearly states 4 HD TNT sports channels but when I go to TNT channels it’s not working. Can someone help me pls?

    Thanks for posting in regard to your renewal and the differences in the packages. We understand the confusion and appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

    Over recent months TNT Sports is no longer included in any of our TV packages and is a chargeable add on. As you have recently renewed it is likely these channels have been removed and would have been advised in the contract agreed to. You should be able to check this via the documents received.
