TNT package - can't access

I can’t get access to TNT even though it was confirmed to us that it would be available when we renewed

i I believe there is an email you need to respond to in order to confirm you still want access 

can someone send the email to me?

    Jane there did indeed used to be a special online form to fill in but VM has recently chosen to quietly disable it. You will instead need to wait for the VM forum team.
