Yet another text from Virgin Media which I'm apparently not eligible for - this time offering a O2 sim for £6 a month including the double data etc benefits.
It's like they don't want my money with the broken upgrade options and now this!
Anyone else have similar issues with them?

I only have Broadband at the moment - had similar issues with renewal emails where links just don't work (raised these previously and didn't get a good reason why).
This may be because of the specific package that you are on that you may not be eligible for this deal. We will be happy to take a further look at this for you. We have sent you a private message.
