Tenant eviction

Hello, 

I'm in a bit of a desperate situation. I have suddenly been served a section 21 eviction notice which came out of nowhere. I spoke to the customer services today and they quoted a £350 termination fee with no wiggle room. The other tenants and I were not expecting to have to move so soon and we got the shortest contract we could find at the time of our renewal back in October. 

Has anyone had this experience and got any advice or please can anyone assist?
