Switched to new provider and still being charged

Hello, the exact same thing has happened to me. I’ve been connected to my new provider for more than a month now and still getting billed by Virgin.

 I received a switching reference number at the time as well but it seems that no one has bothered to terminate the services.

    We don't control any of the switching information once it's been raised - it's completely down to your new provider, so we will need to investigate what's happened here and offer further support!
