Suspend TV temporarily

Do you mean the addon's or do you have a stream service?
Of you have a stream service the subscriptions are on a 30 day rolling contract, so they can be cancelled and recontinued when you came back. 
If you have a TV package, add on's can be removed with 30 day notice but not suspended. If you wanted the add on's back once your returned, then this would need to be done through a package change request. 

If you have channels included in your bundle, then removing these might incur a re-contract.
