Stuck in full price contract after move

I moved house earlier this year and brought my broadband contract with me which started a new 18 month contract term. I was shocked this month to see my discounted rate has ended and I am now stuck with a full price contract for another 10 months. I tried contacting support about this and they said "I will now take a request to amend the charges and you will be able to see the same reflecting on your account in the next 72 hours." It has been more than 72 hours since this request and no changes have been made. I am not happy about this and I don't know what to do next.

    If you made no changes to your contract when you moved, it should have been a “Move and Transfer” Nothing should change, term or price.  At this late stage I don’t know what will happen, you should have reported this at the time really.

    As mentioned unless anything was changed the price should of stayed the same.

    Can you confirm if you change anything for example like add or remove certain stuff?

  • I did not change anything. Nothing was removed or added to my package, it should have been a simple transfer.
