I have exactly the same problem. Both on pc desktop and vm app.

Ive tried clearing cache. Ive tried incognito mode, I've tried different browser.

Just stuck in continuous sign in page loop.

      On our wavelength

Same issues also. Android. Cannot access any of the Virgin Apps or log in online. Very frustrating. I think it is down to the V O2 Id thing going on.

      Hi.

      Android and windows pc.

I uninstalled VM app. Opened it again.

Log in page. Add my virgin.net email

      Fingerprint biometrics log in.

It attempts to open next page (browse page) then immediately shuts it and return to VM log in page.

And i repeat the whole process over and over again never able to log in.

Add this occurs on Vm app. Window pc. A different android device. Wifi and mobile date.   Can i assume it is an issue with my primary email address?

  • I have this problem on my Windows 11 Laptop, works OK on Android phone. I have tried different browers, cleared cche and cookies, makes no difference.
