Still Receiving Paper Bills
In December after upgrading to Gig 1 Fibre, I had requested no paper bills, the customer support definitely said they have turned off paper bills for me, since then I have been charged for 3 paper bills, and please do not give me instructions on how to turn off paper bills myself because that is for the OLD website, and you CANNOT do it on the new website, also please refund those 3 paper bills (£5.25) to my payment method, thank you (because if it is used as credit I cannot tell what's what so it is easier for me).
