Still receiving paper bills despite multiple attempts by Virgin Media Customer Services to turn this off
Hi,
I have a new account with VM since June 2024. I never asked for paper bills, but get one every month, at the cost of £1.75. I have called VM every month (June, July, and August) to cancel this, and for a refund. VM Customer Services give me the £1.75 refund and assure me that Paper Billing has been switched off. The following month I get another paper bill and a £1.75 charge. The cycle repeats. It's a bit like that film with Bill Murray, except this time without any laughs.
Please do not give the link to the Switch to eBilling – Discover – Virgin Media as this doesn't work - the website interface has changed and there isn't a link on the website to switch it off. Try it yourself if you don't believe me.
I would like Paper Billing switched off, and I would like a further refund for this month's £1.75, and ideally I'd like some compensation from VM for wasting my time over this for the last 3 months.
I'd be very grateful for your help. I can see that this is a recurring problem for many other VM subscribers/sufferers.
