Still no Disney+ activation link
I’ve been chat dumped twice. Told I needed to go to Disney to sort. Their customer service was superb. They told me they cannot add Disney to my Virgin account- of course they can’t; they are Disney.
Despite receiving email (only manually triggered by Virgin assistant on second chat) there is no link on website on my account.
After 4 hours chatting yesterday with huge gaps between replies I don’t want to do this again.
I’ve issued a complaint but all I want is the activation link. Please could someone from Virgin help this weary old fella?
