Still being charged for 360 Mini Box
Good afternoon.
I removed additional box via WhatApp message in November, and got a "thanks for making those changes" email confirming this is being removed. I then received a new contract showing this.
I paid the £10 in November and assumed that was the end of it. I returned the box via Yodel, which is showing as delivered and received by Virgin Media.
I then get charged another £10 in January and upon inspection, the additional box is back on my contract and bill.
Can this be looked into as I am due a credit of at least £10 and I am cautious this will be charged again on my next bill and lead to issues in the future when Virgin Media are expecting the box back when I already returned it in November.
