Starting a new contract when moving houses

So ive just moved houses last week did the switch fine and ive just seen in my emails that i have been entered into a new 18 month contact which i never agreed to i was out of contact when i moved and i dont want to be locked into another 18 months 

can anybody please help?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    If you're already in contract and unless agreed, it would be a carry-over to the new property.

    What may happen due to expired discount codes etc, is we may need to add it on at full contract and then amend it after, but should advise.

    I'll send you a PM to check.
