Southport Area Reference code please?

When I originally signed up for VM my browsers "password manager" automatically entered an old email address I no longer have access to. I've

  1. tried over the phone with VM-CS to amend my mistake... no luck.
  2. The engineer who carried out my installation said he would have the address changed... still no luck.

Because of my initial mistake, and VMs inability to remedy the situation, I cannot register an account and consequently cannot check my billing etc.

I have found an account number but now need a VM area reference code for Southport UK.

 

Any help?
