If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Hi,
I'm having exactly the same problem with what is a virgin.net secondary account. I have entered the security details correctly and have tried to reset the password multiple times, using different browsers on different machines, and also in 'incognito' mode. The error message is "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one." The password meets all the requirements. I see that this problem has been reported many times. Please help.

We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with resetting your secondary email password. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
