Somebody in VM please deactivate My Account

Somebody from VM please deactivate my account as it has now been taken over on the 9 December by another account holder! They have told me to ask you to deactivate so theirs can start their newly installed internet. It was one of those delayed in the Yodel/ VM starter kit saga delay with various deactivation dates!!

How can you have two broadband at the same residence work at the same time. Surely once you activate a new one router assignment, the old one should stop!

Pls advise urgently.

    Just to confirm you currently have two accounts with us? 

    If so this shouldn't of gone through as you can only have one account?
