Some will, some wont

As the wife of the account holder I pay the bill via my mobile phone, linked to a/c.  I set the Memorable word, me not a technophobic spouse who also hates phones.  Why is it so hit & miss that VM will talk to me? All I wanted to do was set up the app using my email since he doesn't have one.  Can they do this?  Of course they can't.  Time to shift provider.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with accessing your husband's account. 

    As your husband is the account holder, there are account holder only actions, which we wouldn't be able to action or discuss with a third party. 

    A lot of email queries and requests are account holder only actions, so this would need to be requested by the account holder for us to be able to assist.

      I originally created an account via the Virgin Media app from my own email addy.  I need to change it to my husband's email address.  I can't remember the password, I don't receive the password link.  I'm then told no user data found with the details provided ie his name, date of birth & account number.  Without access to the account the email address cannot be changed.
