Signing into MyVM
Hi Anyone who can help!
I thought my problems were over until last week when I was asked to link accounts. I now find I can't log in to any of our accounts. This whole idea of having third party Email addresses as usernames for virgin media Email addresses is frankly bonkers and just makes dealing with things more problematic and confusing.
Last Thursday I ended up talking to a young lady on the other side of the world somewhere who was very difficult to understand (It's embarrassing repeatedly asking someone to repeat themselves!) however she assured me she had fixed the problem and the system would be updated within 48 hours. I have just tried to log in and your system now does not recognise any of our Emails.
Can someone who speaks English without a heavy foreign accent please contact me so I can explain the situation and get it resolved otherwise I am afraid I will have to leave VM a company I have been inherited by since the old Cable & Wireless day about 30 years ago!
