Signed up for Virgin broadband - haven't received my contract or kit
I've signed up for Virgin broadband online and received two emails, one containing contract information & contract summary and the second email stating estimate date of when my kit will arrive, at the bottom it says that next steps will be for me to receive my contract and confirmed delivery date of my kit but I haven't received that confirmation and contract and it's been over a day. I haven't receeived my contract so I don't have my account number so I can't sign up for my virgin or contact customer service.
