Since the advent of the Viginmedia O2 ID it has been a nightmare to sign in. Had confirmation email that an ID had been created but the password always says not verified and there is no way to check or change it, have to go all around the houses using backup email, passkey, A/C No but everything seems to hinge on a password that is never recognised  even though, it was in a password manager when it was created. Day 1 Virginmedia customer from Ntlworld and I pay for 5 O2 sims.

  • Yes, every password is rejected, there's a forgotten email function but no forgotten password to try and reset the account

      Just to confirm, when trying to verify your account, are you following the instructions here? Can you let us know if the same password works when logging into your My VM or TV go? Please get back to us when you can so we can best help.

        my password never works, I used the same password for both email addresses, I have been asked for my Google Pin, A/C No, I had an email saying Virgin/O2 had been linked but it never works
