Since the advent of the Viginmedia O2 ID it has been a nightmare to sign in. Had confirmation email that an ID had been created but the password always says not verified and there is no way to check or change it, have to go all around the houses using backup email, passkey, A/C No but everything seems to hinge on a password that is never recognised even though, it was in a password manager when it was created. Day 1 Virginmedia customer from Ntlworld and I pay for 5 O2 sims.
