I’ve haven’t been able to sign into my account for weeks. The really frustrating thing is that despite this being VM’s problem that they created, they victim blame their customers, leaving them to sort out VM’s mess.
There may be grounds to argue that VM have breached their contract with you if they can’t resolve the issue because they are failing to provide a paid for service.

Yes... At least I am just in the process of raising a case with them...
I have tried most other options and found that in effect VM seem to have successfully and quite effectively managed to isolate themselves from customer contact by a combination of evasion, prevarication and fabrication. There is no transparency within the organisation and different departments appear so fragmented and isolated from each other that internal communications are either confused or non-existent.
Yes I am going ahead with the case ... but... and you are probably aware... there is a steep timescale in that it gives VM 8 weeks to resolve the issue I believe before the Ombudsman steps in....
But... whatever! Nothing else seems to have worked See how this goes.
