Showing as arrears on credit file

Can somebody help with an issue I and many others seem to be having with disputes over leaving/trying to complain about charges has left on my credit file.

I tried to leave, faced many difficult conversations. I tried to complain and faced many misunderstood conversations and even now when I'm trying to call over this issue, I'm facing many difficult conversations where I am not being understood.

This is beyond ridiculous.
